Our farm-to-table philosophy applies to our F&B outlets, partners and caterers. We seek out environmentally-conscious suppliers, use locally grown produce which ensures freshness and minimises our carbon footprint, and encourage our preferred vendors to do likewise. Our culinology department works with accredited companies that practise responsible sourcing and sustainable farming, such as Kuhlbarra Barramundi, which farms its fish in ocean waters and is certified according to the Good Aquaculture Practice for Fish Farming (GAP-FF) guidelines. Even closer to home is our herb garden which provides ingredients for our chefs’ meal preparation. The garden is where staff and guests can socialise, enjoy healing time, and learn about the culinary and therapeutic properties of herbs.
The nerve centre of Singapore EXPO’s F&B service that utilises the latest culinary technology, combines a central production kitchen, an R&D kitchen and a showcase kitchen outfitted with Marrone custom equipment. Our caterers will partner our chefs to co-create and re-imagine dishes and flavours to delight your attendees.
A workroom which functions as a ‘live’ showcase of food quality, presentation and delivery standards, helmed by our chefs and culinology specialists. In here, they work with your appointed caterers to ensure the food makes the grade, and share insights on sustainable and healthy gourmet products and other culinary innovations. The private space can also be used to host small-scale luncheon events, launches and presentations.
Our new 70-seater Bistro will tantalise your taste buds with our mod-sin cuisine! You can expect freshly ground coffee along with our fusion take on popular Singaporean dishes. Led by our dedicated F&B team, this Bistro also caters to events that are boutique-sized or any private functions.
This 800-seater Singapore-centric urban food hall will showcase some of Singapore’s best ‘hawkerpreneurs’, food trucks and home-grown restaurants. It will also host ‘live’ stage performances by local bands and artistes, as well as culinary events such as food festivals. The combination of local fare and after-hours entertainment is set to entice not only MICE visitors but also residents in the eastern side of the island.
